Too Loud!
One quiet cat. One very loud family.
The house was quiet, and Whiskers the cat liked it that way. Then everybody got loud at once — and nobody noticed the cat at all.
The Story
Lily is singing. Ben is drumming. Mum is banging pots. Dad is laughing, and Nana has turned up the radio.
For Whiskers the cat, it is all too loud!
Too Loud! is a playful family story told with simple language, repetition and expressive illustrations. Young readers will enjoy spotting every noisy moment—and discovering what finally brings the house back to peace.
Ideal for ages 3–5, shared reading and children beginning to recognise familiar words and sentence patterns.
