The Story

Rain is pouring over Sunflower Garden, and the water is rising fast.

Mr Slow is stranded. Daisy takes to the air, Dad steers a leaf boat, Pip searches for the safest route, and even Baby Button has an important job to do. The rescue will only work if the whole Dotty family works together.

The Rainy-Day Rescue is the second Dotty Family adventure, filled with action, warmth and clever problem-solving. Short chapters and rich illustrations support developing readers while the rescue keeps the story moving.

Perfect for ages 6–9 and children who love brave little heroes, stormy adventures and stories about helping a neighbour in need.
